AltroMet

Critical Metals.
Structured Trade.
Reliable Execution.

AltroMet is an independent physical commodities trading firm focused on critical metals, specialty minerals, and industrial raw materials. We connect verified supply with qualified industrial demand through disciplined documentation, inspection-led execution, and controlled transaction procedures.

What We Do

A disciplined commercial layer between verified supply and qualified demand.

AltroMet operates as the structured intermediary that procurement teams and supply-side counterparties need when transactions involve real material, real documentation, and real geographies. We are not a chain broker, not a stock-holding speculator, and not an exchange-listed trader — we are a commercial desk built to reduce execution risk on physical commodity transactions.

Sourcing
Verified supply-side counterparties across selected geographies.
Structuring
Documentation, inspection, and transaction procedure design.
Execution
Cross-border logistics, payment coordination, and title transfer.

Why AltroMet

Conduct, not claims.

The market is full of offers, mandates, and stock photos. AltroMet earns its place by reducing execution risk through structured procedure, document review, and inspection — applied consistently to every counterparty, on every transaction.

01

Verified Documentation

Every transaction is anchored to a reviewable document pack — specification, assay, origin, warehouse confirmation.

02

Inspection-Led Execution

Independent inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek before payment as a default posture.

03

Clear Transaction Procedures

Defined steps, defined deliverables, defined responsibilities. No procedural ambiguity.

04

Experienced Commercial Negotiation

Measured, document-first commercial structuring. Closer to a trading desk than a brokerage.

05

Buyer-Side and Seller-Side Alignment

Procedures designed so both counterparties remain protected through release, payment, and title transfer.

06

Conservative Risk Management

We decline transactions that cannot be properly documented, inspected, or verified.

Transaction Process

Seven steps. Each one documented.

Market Focus

Antimony

Antimony underpins flame retardants, lead-acid batteries, solar glass, specialty alloys, and defense-related industrial supply chains. Its supply base is geographically narrow, and the market is now restructuring under licensing requirements introduced by China in 2024 covering antimony ore, metals, oxides, and related products. Global buyers are reassessing origin dependency, building documented relationships with non-China and China-adjacent supply, and demanding tighter assay, certificate, and inspection standards before commitment.

Compliance & Risk

A conservative transaction approach.

AltroMet operates with KYC and KYB on every counterparty, sanctions screening, awareness of export-control requirements on relevant materials and corridors, certificate-of-origin review, warehouse and title verification, and independent inspection ahead of payment. We do not progress undocumented stock offers, do not rely on circulated PDFs without verification, and do not work with counterparties that cannot evidence their position in the chain.

We do not support transactions designed to bypass applicable trade controls.
